We're at 1750 112th Ave NE, Suite C228-A, just off NE 8th Street. Parking is free, in either the surface lot or the underground garage. What looks like one big building is actually several connected by different lobbies, so come in through entrance 2, marked with a large metal number 2 above the door. We're in building C.

We're in-network with Regence and Cigna, and many other plans cover part of our care. Share your insurance details and we'll verify your benefits and tell you your expected cost before your first visit. IV therapy and memberships are self-pay.

We start by listening. You'll talk through your history, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. Nothing gets prescribed or scheduled until you understand the plan and agree with it.

Medication management visits are mostly by video, so you can meet from home or from work. Spravato^® and IV therapy happen in the clinic, because both are given under supervision.

Your Bellevue team includes Dr. Cameron Soltani (DNP, ARNP), Jasmine Zhang (PMHNP, DNP), and Eduardo Paiz (PMHNP, DNP), along with our nurses and a care coordinator. Some providers see patients at more than one clinic, and wherever you're seen, your plan and history move with you.
